This platted subdivision is located at the base of the Hueco Mountains in the Chihuahan desert.  The platted boundary consists of 74 acres and 182 lots. Included are 177 lots. Five lots (2.4 acres), at the southern end, are part of the El Paso Natural Gas Easement.
